Surveying and Leveling for demolition of existing Steel/concrete structure, for renovation/modification and new building construction
Layout and Leveling for the excavation of Storm water/sewerage/chilled water/HV cables lines and Chambers/Manhole
Layout and leveling for Excavation/installation for Kerbstone Islands, parking lots and Landscape area.
Supervise the Survey teams and Survey work, Provide the data and drawings to the surveyors and guide them to implement at site accordingly.
To establish Control Points vertically and horizontally by Traversing, Resection and TP method to start the project and for internal site.
To work as Acting Site Supervisor to guide Steel Fixer and Carpenter Foreman.
Topographic survey, Setting out and Leveling of construction site area, Site Roads (Aggregate and Asphalt, Curbstone, direction arrows, shoulder’s limit), Earth Work.
Precise Layout and Leveling for medium rise and Long Horizontal Building (Footings, Columns, Slab, RCC Walls, Stairs, Lift Walls).
Infrastructure/Underground utilities and facilities’ s Network manhole and pipeline( water, drainage, sewerage, power, CCTV, phone),
Aluminum Glass work and Precast structure placement for facade and slab.
Check the survey work for Erection of Steel structure.
To Take As built of facade and structure to verify & justify the actual position with design position and to prepare as built drawing.
Coordination with Site Management, consultant, Sub-contractor and clients to arrange inspection.
Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work in such activities as performing surveys .
Benchmark/Control Point fixing by traversing to start project and for internal site.
Topographic surveys of construction site area, Level flying. Marking Reference level.
Supervise the precise Layout for Building construction, Aluminum Glass installation, Block work and Earth works .
To Take As built Building Facade and Structure to verify with Design and make as built drawing
Surveying and Leveling for underground utilities and other facilities network.
Placement of Precast structure for cladding and Flooring.
Coordination with Site Management, consultant and Subcontractor.
Daily programming scheduling, supervising.
Construction surveys to establish lines and grades within the construction site for Architectural work.
Documentation of data and site analysis for monthly progress.
To provide Benchmark/Control point by traversing to start project
Topographic surveys of construction site area, Roads, Earth work and Landscape .
Precise Setting out for High Rise Building construction, Steel structure fabrication and installation, Aluminum Glass cladding, Piling Foundation and earth work .
Taking As built to verify and justify with design.
Coordination with Site Management, consultant and clients.
Surveys for underground utilities and other facilities.
Calculations and records in support of all survey activities.
Coordinates construction surveys with construction execution to expedite the job.
