More than twelve years of Telecom and IT engineering experience in telecom networks (IN & VAS) Planning and operation experience. Result oriented engineer, initiative and good team leader/player with problem solving skills. Worked in different areas and handled a range of responsibilities from planning, operation and maintenance, service design and implementation, and customer oriented technical support. Strong knowledge of VAS Systems: SDP (Services delivery platform), SMSC, MMSC, Ring Back Tone, Voicemail, VoiceSMS, USSD and Spam Filtering with multi-vendor experience (Jinny, NSN, Red Knee, Globitel, and Huawei).

Have a solid knowledge in telecom VAS platforms, SMSC, MMSC, Charging Gateway, Messaging Router, Filtering Messaging, RBT, MCN, and VMS, ability to adapt to challenges and good projects management skills.
Worked as a technical project supervisor for big SMSC upgrade HW/SW which contains SW & license upgrade, adding new Jinny products to our network like Sigtran Connections, Filtering Engine, Rating Engine, Messaging Router, OMC, ..etc., and onsite Training...
Checking and troubleshooting all content provider connectivity to SMSC SMPP SMS Application Interfaces.
RBT Expansion Project 2013.
Collect Call service Project 2014.
Jinny SMS Routing (JSR) routing all the Int. traffic SMS to the JSR server for spamming issues 2014.
Testing and applying most of SABAFON services via USSD in 2014.
Adding Collect Call service to USSD Menu to make it easy for our Subscriber to use it 2015.
Testing all VAS services with New Redknee Unified IN System SMSC integration with JDR (Jinny Diameter Router) 2015-2016.
