- Upgrade charging protocols into latest and modern protocols like Voice/SMS charging protocol migration to be CIP/IP.
- Manage and Deploy Anti Bill Shock Service (ABS).
- Mobile Broadband Charging Solution (MBC), study, design, implementation, testing and launch.
- Development of SDP&AIR business configuration of data broadband traffic using diameter Gx/ Gy

- Leaded all phases of VAS services development and implementation including all requirements study, analysis, technical specification, design, and documentation as well as performance analysis.
- Development and execution of short and long terms plans for all VAS services in line with strategic business requirements.
- Manage, Develop and Validate VAS Services (mVAS, IVR, SMSC, SMS-FW, VSMS, WSMS, SMS Anti-SPAM, CRBT, MCA, ADM, Mobile Chat, I-Moved, CMS, USSD, IPTV and Auto Dialer).
- Managed more than 12 projects in telecommunications and IT industry with 8M$ budget.
- Manage Orange call center outsourcing project.
- Lead team of 10 resources (project based) during VASE projects, administering and IT infrastructure.
- Lead services swap and migration into different vendors.
- Participate in MobileCom Rebranding to Orange.
- Deploy and launch VAS Services in Orange like (IPTV, VSMS, WSMS, ADM”, WSMS ... etc).
- Develop, integrate and launch more than 10 IVR applications like (Mobile IVR app, Fixed IVR app, POS, Elite, 3G ... etc.)
- Manage VAS Services Expansion like (CRBT, MCA, Auto Dialer, VSMS .. etc)
