• Financial Control Department - Financial Reporting.

1. SAMA Regulatory Reporting:
• Ensuring that the SAMA Returns ( Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual and Annual ) are prepared in accordance to SAMA guidelines and delivered at the given deadline.
• Follow up on data submission from relevant department and checking the integrity of the data received.

2. Statutory Reporting:
• Participating in preparation of Quarterly & Annual Published Accounts by preparing financial notes and answering the queries raised by External Auditors.
• Checking prepared quarterly / annual financial results for publishing in local newspapers.
• Provide evidence and explanation for quires raised by auditors in respect of records and financial statements to support their judgments and conclusions.
• Ensure timely filing of financial statements with Capital Market Authorities (CMA) and Ministry of Commerce.

3. Senior Management Reporting:
• Providing financial activity information ( Daily balance sheet, customer balance movement & operational cash flew projection and etc..), to management daily, periodically and adhere.
• Analyzing monthly preliminary ( P&L ) results and giving reasonable explanations for all abnormal movements.
• Preparing of ALCO related reports and ensuring that they are performed in accordance with SABB Finance ( Financial Instruction Management ).
• Additional duties may be assigned as and when required to meet departmental needs.

4. HSBC Group Returns:
• Preparing of group reports in accordance with group ( Financial Instruction Manaegment ) and provide detailed explanation for any significant movements.

5. Banks Analysis:
• Provide management analysis for Executive Committee (EXCOM) for all the banks in the Kingdom by compiling published information and presenting in the required EXCOM format on quarterly basis
