- Managing mixed-use properties (Offices, Retails, and Residentials) in KAFD city.
- Ensuring that the consultants and service providers carry out their services according to the scope of work agreed to and meet all the SLAs and KPIs specified in their contracts.
- Conducting biweekly meeting with the tenants and stakeholders to priorities the projects, review the projects progress, determine and address the risks, and follow up on the assigned tasks.
- Managing the team of property, ranging from property specialists, coordinators, receptionists, co-op trainees.
- Supporting in the tenancy agreements for issuing new contract and renewal notices within prescribed KPIs.
- Negotiating with tenants about rental rates on behalf of the landlord.
- Ensuring that rents are collected in a timely manner for renewals.
- Closing tenants’ account properly, on the expiry of the lease, and prepare the unit to be leasable expeditiously on time.
- Preparation of monthly reports to the landlord giving information on the portfolio activities, such as occupancy, leases renewed, terminated and new leases for the month and analyze the reasons for tenant vacating the property.
- Three months look ahead on the number of leases expiring and possibility of retaining the tenants.

- Reviewing and analyzing RFPs, RFI & EOI invitations.
