- Observe and adhere to department requirements in accordance with procurement and supplemental policies.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Maintain the department space and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Format Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents, which were to act as samples of department reports and bulletins with charts and figures.
- Prepare and file official forms (proposals, research, reports, etc.) to provide to appropriate authorities.

- Contact global services providers in Publishing and research fields including Bloomberg, Reuters, Fedex, etc.
- Assist IT department with affairs related to external databases to ensure safe and fast access for department staff.
- Coordinate with Budget Department to settle annual department budget depending on department’s consumption and plans.
- Oversee co-op students, sometimes including training and induction.
- Coordinate with Protocol Department to organize research department’s conferences and meetings with various organizations and establishments.
- Deal with correspondence, complaints and queries.
