* Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Answering our customers phone calls and assist them with their requests such as After-Sale assistance, booking car maintenance appointments.
- listening carefully to our customers questions and provide them with a detailed answer which is mostly related to our latest offers, cars and/or services.
- Receive customer complains calls and assist them with thier issues.
Outbound:
- Calling customers and potential customers to inform them about our latest offers and services to create a sales lead.
- Conducting surveys with our customers and follow-up calls to make sure that they were satisfied with our services.
