-Read the scope of work and review AFC drawing and specification to understand the project requirement.
-Preparation and Review of WPS / PQR as per ASME IX and ASME 31.3
-Provide Construction Engineering in accordance of project requirements, procedures, specifications and International standard practices as per NFPA, API, ANSI/ASME, ASTM, NACE, BS, AWWA.
-Establish logic, duration and required man-hours for the schedule on assigned contracts.

-Undertake QC Functions in the worksite for daily activities like QA/QC procedures and Quality Plan preparation, materials receiving inspections, site inspections and coordinate with clients for Quality control matters and third party inspections.
-Prepare QC dossiers for handing over of the projects.
-Ensure that the project specifications, procedures and contract requirements strictly followed in the site project.
-Coordinate with discipline / project engineers and Project Manager for work related matters and site inspections.

•Prepare and Review WPS, PQR, and WPQR as per ASME IX and ASME 31.3.
•Review Construction Method Statement and ITP.
•Supervise QC Inspectors (Piping, Welding, Structural and Mechanical) regarding inspection activities.
•Supervise Inspection of Fabrication shop and Field Erection.
•Review NDE requirement at fabrication shop prior for release to site.
•Supervise the Qualification test of Welders for the approval of the client.
•Conduct Fit-up and welding inspections.
•Check materials class received as per approved drawings.
•Ensure all fabrications and installations as per project specs, codes, engineering standards and procedures.
•Carried out inspection of underground (HDPE, RTR, FRP) and above ground pipe (CS, SS, LTCS, alloy, etc) line, punch listing, line check inspection prior for hydro-testing and do such activities related to the piping works and inspection. Coordinate NDT activities and inspection such as RT, PT, MT, UT, HT and PWHT.
•Check and Inspection of the elevation and orientation of the HDPE, RTR & FRP pipes. Ensure Pipe lay-up of joint and lamination on the pipe joint as per manufacturer procedure. Ensure all joints expose for client inspection. Witness hydrotest and Visual check of each joint for leak.
•Monitor and Inspection of Steel structures at site to ensure the quality as per projects specs and approved drawing
•Monitor daily progress on site and Report to Project QA/QC Engineer/Manager.
•Responsible in establishing technical queries.
•Review Test packages as per latest revisions, test limits, welding reports and NDT requirements.
•Attend Progress meeting with CHEVRON PHILIPS CLIENT and TCM.
•Preparation of QA/QC Weekly Reports.
•Reviewed the Inspection and Test Plan of Project and check approved WPS and materials.
•Ensure all fabrications and installations as per project specs, codes, engineering standards and procedures.
