I managed the E&I Erection by creating and implementing the Project Execution Schedule, Rental Manpower Allocation, Managing the procured materials. Commissioning of the PLC Supervisory and Primary Networks. Additionally, I also did instrumentation design (IO List, Cable Schedule, Logic Diagrams, HMI, PLC Network Architecture, Reviewing System Integrators Ladder Logic and SCADA Review.)
Review and comment on wiring diagrams, cable termination, MCC details, I/O lists and I/O allocation, GA drawings. Procurement requirements definition, analysis, engineering documents production, internal testing, and factory acceptance Testing. RCFA for Failed instruments, equipment and logic changes to meet or exceed target production. Creation of the Control Philosophy via Logic Diagram.
Managed the Construction as per the AFC drawings and prepared the red lines for the as built drawings.
Well versed in Controls technologies (network, protocols, electronics, logic design, PLC programming). Including knowledge of generation of RFQs for instruments, equipments, PLCs, UPS and technical review of the same.
Project 1:- Global Environmental Management System, Dammam
Project Lead for the Commissioning Portion.
Responibilities include but not limited to
o Testing and Determining the compliance of pumps and other equipment with relevant standards.
o Design of DCS and PLC logics according to the Control Narrative.
o Making Junction Box and Marshalling Panel Reports.
o Dealing with various other engineers to ensure timely completion of Project deliverables.
o Overseeing the Installation, Commissioning and Calibration of Instruments.
o Maintenance of the plant by creating a PM schedule. For Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrcial And FireFighting.
Project 2:- Saline Water Conversion Corporation, Jeddah.
o Conducted Fire Pump Performance Test.
o Calibration Checks on Pressure Gauges, Voltmeter, Ampere meter and Flow Meter.
o Calibration of Pressure Gauges and verification of parameters of orifice, venture or pitot tube.
o Conducted Safety Interlock and Alarm Test to verify the logic performance according to the design.
o Prepared the report on the Performance Results of the Fire Pumps.
Project 3:- ARAMCO, King Abdullah Sports City, Jeddah.
o Trained on preventative maintenance of A.O. Smith industrial heaters
o Testing of Reduced Pressure Zone assemblies.
Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems in redundancy of Juniper, connectivity issues, and outages
•Fixing Problems caused by damaged cards using Drawings.
•Interfacing with other engineering deparments to ensure proper maintanance is provided and on schedule.
