1. Responsible of the Saudi, non Saudi candidate, Interviews, evaluations and prepare the approval sheet.
2. Responsible of preparation / adjustment of the organization chart.
3. Market search for the proper candidate as per the required qualifications needed.
4.Responsible of assign the new trainee engineers on the projects that they will serve in.
5.Participate in recruitment campaign in Egypt for - Engineers - senior engineers - foreman .
6.Responsible for the Manpower Process and job posting for all the vacant positions
7.administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
8.interpreting and advising on employment law.
9.dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
10.developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
