achieving financial targets (unit sales, Revenue and
Gross Profits) and execute agreed business plan to
ensure company achieves its sales and market share
targets.
Key responsibilities:
1- Territory planning: Analyze the territory and the
competition and align sales initiatives with Dealership
marketing and other sales and support areas to
increase lead and opportunity generation for CAT and
Dealer products and services in the territory.
2- Business planning and budgeting.
3- Develop strategic plans for key accounts
4- Develop a good knowledge of customers’ needs
and their buying behaviors in order to support
customer and provide the appropriate solution.
5- Develop an action plan to “partner” with customers
6- Attend to customer concerns/ problems and ensure
that they are resolved amicably in timely and
professional manner.
7- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with
all customers.
8- Create product awareness and arrange/ conduct
customer presentations and product demonstrations to
improve sales opportunities and deals closure.
9- Lead & opportunity generation and management.
10- Develop deep knowledge and expertise in using
Dealer and Cat systems, information tools, sales and
application software, communication and other office
software.
11- Provide mentoring or coaching to another Sales
Engineers.
