Management and Operations
● Managed the day to day operations of a newly formed property development company from design stage to completion including property registration, sales, marketing, delivery, and management post-completion
● Worked directly with company Chairman, CEO, and CFO to establish and implement long term growth strategy focusing on off-plan projects for end users as well as wholesale projects for institutional investors

● Integrated information from Master Developer, engineering consultants, construction company, and surveyor to submit required documentation related to project registration with the Dubai Land Department, RERA, and Trust Account
● Collaborated with attorneys, engineering consultants, and construction companies to create all legal documents required for project sales, service fee budgets, and Owner’s Association
Sales and Business Development
● Managed and led sales operations which generated revenue in excess of AED 3 Billion
● Prepared commercial proposals for new developments, joint ventures, and partnerships
● Negotiated multiple full building sales and leases with institutional investors and corporate clients
● Conducted all due diligence, feasibility, and valuation related to acquisition and development of projects
● Prepared feasibility studies, financial models, cash flow projections, and valuations for all properties
● Established off-plan sales process, including reporting standards and hierarchy, real estate agency agreements and registration, as well as after sales registration of units through Oqood system
● Assisted architecture and design teams in creating practical and marketable unit types
● Worked with IT vendor to create customized CRM software for project sales
Marketing
● Operated with an annual marketing budget of AED 15 Million
● Created all written content for website, brochures, flyers, as well as all advertising and public relations for information for award nominations and submissions
● Won the 2016 Cityscape Global Award for Best Built Residential Project
