• Manage the account operations and ensuring the work is accurate and invoices are approved for the payment using the correct process.
• Verifying documents, figures, details and ensures that invoices adhere to policies & agreements while functioning payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies while executing for vendor payment runs through wires, paper cheques & so on.
• Suggest the ways of improving the company's payable procedures.
• Verifying Deposits, property Details, Property Unit number
• Verifying Commission on base of down payment on daily basis.
• Finalize Reconciliation on Monthly Basis i.e., Vendors, Banks & inter projects.
• Processing the Cycle of Payment of Developer shares through cheques & Online. Maintain Records According to Developers wise.
• Responsible of Compiling tax data to submission of PSID through External Audit Team (KPMG).
• Prepare Cheques and Online Payments of all accounts due I.e., PSID, developers Etc.
• Verifying Petty Cash Bills and their payments.
• Verifying the closing balance of cash on daily base.
