Main RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare and follow up visas. Pre-visa applications, work permits, residencies and extensions for all Mercy corps expatriates
•Develop and regularly update tracking sheet for residencies and visas of MC staff to make sure they are renewed on timely bases
•Facilitate clearance of good through Jordan customs and shipping agencies
•Apply and follow up for getting security clearance for any events organized by MC in Amman

•Ensure proper filing and documentation of all administrative documents related to area of responsibility
•Report on monthly basis any changes/ challenges to the direct manager
•Prepare official letters and ensure translation of documents when necessary
