Duties:
- Site inspection for civil works, which includes structural (Deep & Raft Foundation; Pile cap; Post tension slab) & finishing works (Block work; Plaster; Marble; Ceramic tiles; Paint; Raised Floor; False Ceiling; Aluminum Cladding & Curtain wall; Landscaping work; Boundary wall) and ensure that the work is as per the Project Specifications and issued for construction drawing/ final approved drawings from authorities.
- Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
- Rich knowledge in finishing standards & quality control.
- Co-ordination with sub-contractors for a smooth flow of works.
- Co-ordination with MEP work.
During my time at this company has worked structural civil engineer or the so-called engineer site are as follows:
• Worked as an executive engineer in the project through the application of all the schemes on the ground.
• Calculate quantities of implementing the project and the appropriate use of Survey devices during implementation
