* Handled complete private retail customers like (Sultan Centre, Save
Co, GrandHyper, Gulfmart/Geant, City Centre) and others at different
times
* Planning and achieving huge volume monthly/yearly targets.
* Maintaining/increasing market share of all categories across assigned
customers.
* Building/maintaining relationships with customers directly to build
loyalty.
* Making sure availability/visibility of all products in stock at all times.
* Updating journey plan according to the requirement of the market.
* Led a team of 12 merchandisers and assigned them with job roles
according to their skills and work ability.
* Preparing proposals according to customer segmentation and
meeting customers to participate in all flyers in a month.
* Preparing monthly flyer calendars in order to be ahead of the game.
* Making reports on available stocks at market/warehouses in order to
push customer to liquidate monthly to avoid overstock and expiry
issues.
* Preparing and negotiating yearly contracts as soon as the year starts
with customers in order to avoid conflicts and run smooth business all
year.
* Making sure all marketing/branding activities are executed as per the
plan/budget, and all debit/credit notes are issued on time.
* Research on competitor activities (RSPs or Branding) through direct
approach to get details.
* Making reports on weekly basis on the performance of execution.
- Achievements at BRF -
* Increased market share from 80 % to 85% for Whole Poultry.
* Achieved more than 100 % on sales target on all categories compared to last year.
* Have handled almost all Key Accounts (Private Retails) at different times.
