Duties and Responsibilities:-
Responsible for execution and maintenance of electrical system at Astro Complex which includes Shopping mall, Hypermarket, Amusement & Residential complex.
Direct reporting & conferring with owner’s representatives as well as operations manager.
Execution of all electrical installations & inspecting contractor’s work as per the approved shop drawings, BOQ & Project’s specifications.
Project’s planning, recovery planning & developing scheduled maintenance using MS-Office project.
Preparing SLD, Load schedule, phase distribution, check lists & maintenance procedures.
Planning & executing the emergency power, ATS & maintaining 625 kVA Kirloskar genset.
Coordinating with Electricity Company for provision of full load power.
Assisting in preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance of LV electrical system.
Responsible for maintenance of all 18Tn, 24Tn & 28Tn HVAC units executed.
Responding to queries, breakdowns, troubleshooting, diagnosing faults & repairing equipments.
Managing budgets, maintaining statistical & financial records.
Managing stock of supplies, equipments & estimating cost of each job as well.
Managing & supervising technical staff and building maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting abandoned cables in plenums & raceways left by previous engineer.
Coordinating security, cleaning, parking services.
Responsible for energy efficiency & cost-effectiveness.
Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation.
PROJECT:-
300 Bed Central Hospital of 22 MVA - Ministry of Health, KSA
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Study of all tender and shop drawings, material submittals, BOQ & project’s specifications.
Access to PMWeb for online document management, visual workflow of IR, MIR, NCR & concrete pre-pouring permit.
Inspected the materials received & electrical work of main building, technical plant & housing complex as per the project’s specification, approved shop drawings and applicable standards.
Inspected all Low current systems like CCTV, MATV, Public Address, Fire alarm, Telephone & Data, Clock system, Access control & Nurse Call system.
Issued NCR regarding violations, incomplete work, slow progress and negligence.
Review of Check lists, Method statements & Quantity survey reports submitted by contractor.
Observed site work progress, code violations & safety hazards on a daily basis.
Inspected the temporary power supply of project, panel boards and grounding of temporary portable cabins/offices, tower cranes, generators and all electrical equipments in use.
Prepared reports and maintained all kind of registers.
Submitted weekly and monthly reports to resident manager.
Had follow ups, tracking ongoing work as per project schedule.
Responded to all kind of technical queries as per the standards.
Attended and supervised all type of tests done by contractor.
PROJECTS:-
1. Hatchery - 1.6 MVA demand Load.
2. Veranda system - 1.5 MVA Demand Load.
3. Rendering plant - 1.3 MVA Demand Load.

Scheduled Project plan & Recovery plan using MS-Office Project.
Executed all three projects in accordance to the project plan.
Coordinated with European vendors regarding industrial machine installations & commissioning.
Prepared BOQ & Initial purchase requisition for all electrical materials & tools related to project.
Prepared electrical check list and method statement for all electrical installations.
Prepared all kind of drawings, weekly/monthly reports & quantity survey reports.
Installed & commissioned all power & control panels, cables, Transformers, ATS, Generators, Motors, & Grounding system.

Jubail Export Refinery (Package 2B) - Saudi Aramco
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Conferred with site engineer to discuss project execution.
Undertook the responsibility for electrical scope of Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
Organized daily targets, day/night shifts and divided the crew into division for quick progress.
Prior to work, made all kind of arrangements for the crew including tools and materials.
Established temporary power for the Project.
Completed the installation & termination of MCC panels, Motors and Cables.
Performed tests on motors like Insulation test, Solo run test & Operational test procedures.
Supervised the installation of Street lights & cable rooting.
Performed tests on cables like Continuity test & Insulation resistance test.
Established grounding system & connected to all electrical/metallic equipments.
Ensured that the work done is as per the approved documents & ready for inspection.
Volunteered the inspections carried out by consultant & rectified the given comments.
