Duties and Responsibilities:-
Responsible for execution and maintenance of electrical system at Astro Complex which includes Shopping mall, Hypermarket, Amusement & Residential complex.
Direct reporting & conferring with owner’s representatives as well as operations manager.
Execution of all electrical installations & inspecting contractor’s work as per the approved shop drawings, BOQ & Project’s specifications.
Project’s planning, recovery planning & developing scheduled maintenance using MS-Office project.

PROJECT:-
300 Bed Central Hospital of 22 MVA - Ministry of Health, KSA
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Study of all tender and shop drawings, material submittals, BOQ & project’s specifications.
Access to PMWeb for online document management, visual workflow of IR, MIR, NCR & concrete pre-pouring permit.
Inspected the materials received & electrical work of main building, technical plant & housing complex as per the project’s specification, approved shop drawings and applicable standards.
Inspected all Low current systems like CCTV, MATV, Public Address, Fire alarm, Telephone & Data, Clock system, Access control & Nurse Call system.
Issued NCR regarding violations, incomplete work, slow progress and negligence.
Review of Check lists, Method statements & Quantity survey reports submitted by contractor.
Observed site work progress, code violations & safety hazards on a daily basis.
Inspected the temporary power supply of project, panel boards and grounding of temporary portable cabins/offices, tower cranes, generators and all electrical equipments in use.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
Conferred with site engineer to discuss project execution.
Undertook the responsibility for electrical scope of Installation, Testing & Commissioning.
Organized daily targets, day/night shifts and divided the crew into division for quick progress.
Prior to work, made all kind of arrangements for the crew including tools and materials.
Established temporary power for the Project.
Completed the installation & termination of MCC panels, Motors and Cables.
Performed tests on motors like Insulation test, Solo run test & Operational test procedures.
Supervised the installation of Street lights & cable rooting.
Performed tests on cables like Continuity test & Insulation resistance test.
