• I work in NEOM project from the main office of Dar Al-Handasah in Riyadh.
• Work on the Oracle Aconex program in archiving documents.

• Make single upload, Multiple File Upload & Bulk Processing.

• Executing a transmit (workflow) procedure.
• Preparing and filling the cover data and uploading it to Aconex.

• I work in King Abdullah International Gardens Project With the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (Riyadh Municipality).
• Work on the (PWS) internal system.
• Revise and organize Shop Drawing (SD) and Design Drawing (DD).
• Revise and organize Site Clarification Request (SCR).
• Revise and organize material documents.
• Follow-up deficiencies of documents by e-mail with the contractor.
• Issuing purchase orders (PO).
• Receive and save documents from departments, subsidiary companies and projects.
• Create document serial numbers to facilitate their organization or search.
• Scanning of documents, separating documents and converting document formats.
• Providing the departments with the documents that are requested and some of them are provided to them after approval.
• Create reports on documents that have expiration dates, and follow up on renewing and saving them.
• Keep the original documents and deal with them confidentially.
• We work in TYPSA as an engineering consultant for the Saudi Water Partnerships Company (SWPC).
• Working on the GIO archiving system and SharePoint.
• I work part-time daily on the Primivera archiving system.
• Handling engineering documents, material requests, purchase orders, minutes of the meeting.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and entering data for reports.
• Follow up documents, receive and send emails.
• Save a copy of the documents in the archive system and copy it in SharePoint.

• Create reports on the names of the insured employees.
• Create reports of expiry dates of medical insurance cards and follow up on their renewal.

- King Abdulaziz Airport Project - Permits Section :
• Creating reports on the names of employees and vehicles for which permits will be issued.
• Create reports on permits expiration dates and follow up on renewal.
