- Drive Merchandisers to actively benchmark with competitors and coordinate with category teams on required reactive as well as proactive promotions and & deals
- Track competition moves, promotions, product highlights and plan proactively on promotion and visibility

Manage the entire web merchandising for the websites (www.xcite.com and www.xcite.com.sa) and application, aligned with the needs of the customer to ensure simple and intuitive navigation, product relevance, promotional visibility with the aim to an immaculate customer experience and maximum conversions.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Managing Product Categorizations, listing positions, and product labels aligned with customer demands to maximize e-commerce conversions
• Ensure ease of navigation by managing listing as well as search navigation filters
• Ensure tight and relevant rules for related products, up sells, cross sells and be able to intuitively improve customer experience while increasing basket sizes and attachment ratios
• Coordinate with Buyers, Creative, Marketing and Ecommerce Operations to innovate and drive on-site capabilities to improve conversions
• Searchandising - managing search terms, synonyms, elevations and so on
• Manage specific CMS / Static pages for special highlights and merchandising
• Manage carousels and highlights in line with promotional details
• Actively benchmark with competitors and coordinate with category teams on required reactive as well as proactive promotions and deals
• Track competition moves, promotions, product highlights and plan proactively on promotion and visibility
• Monitor feedback from website analytics to improve site functionality and user experience
- Looking out for rich multimedia data on products to enable dense and meaningful content
- Adding value to created content to make it presentable, relevant, meaningful, and easy to consume, driving more conversions
- Ensuring content is optimized for SEO
- Ensuring content appeals to end customer based on Geo-location

• Liaise between the Showrooms and IT department on sales related technology/support requests
