 Initiate and lead periodic internal customer satisfaction surveys to identify critical areas of improvement for the IT department in terms of its services.
 Assessment of new technology as per international trends and developments in the fields of IT to ensure best in class IT services for the company.
 Coordinate with Internal Audit to ensure regular review of IT security standards e.g. review audit reports to ensure that all transactions and processes are in compliance with the company approved policies, processes and procedures.

Assisting in handling DBA activities for our Oracle Database Server 9i. Direct interaction with end-users and understanding requirements and implementing the same.
