FLM Engineer with below responsibilities:
• Operations and maintenance Engineer for Manage Services Department
• Responsible for PMR & CM Activities
• Supervise Complete O&M of Nokia BTS and Ericsson Transmission system of Sites.
• First level support for the troubleshooting of Nokia BTS.
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
• Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems.
• Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration.

Description of Role:
Operation & Maintenance BSS & MW:
• Troubleshooting of Minilink Traffic Node (2p, 6p & 20p).
• Troubleshooting of RBS 2202, 2216, 2302, 2308, 2206, RBS 3202, 3206 & 6201.
• Responsible for resolution of KPI & Transmission issues within strict timelines.
• Ensuring network KPIs as per agreed targets.
