•Analyze training needs and work with HR to develop training programs.
•Assist the marketing team with marketing campaigns and LSM initiatives.
•Ensure the store environment & cleanliness is up to the standards.
•Monitor preset KPI’s and action them as needed.
•Conduct performance measurement, quality & SOP audits.
•Conduct regular meetings with the staff & resolve their issues to increase their satisfaction with the job & help retain them.
•Coordinate with contractors to carry out all maintenance requirements.
•Analyze the individual store monthly P&L statement and action where needed.

•Ensure all repairs & maintenance work required is completed.
•Analyze training needs and develop training manuals.
•Maintain product quality and ensure all standards are followed.
•Set the annual sales targets & develop plans to achieve them.
•Improve the service speed and service quality.
•Ensure store cleanliness and food hygiene standards are met.
•Analyze staffing levels and recruit as needed.
•Create ATL & BTL marketing plans to help increase brand awareness.
•Increase sales while controlling cost to increase profitability.
District Manager, STARBUCKS COFFEE, Dubai, UAE.
Overseeing the operation of 10 to 18 outlets, responsibilities included:
Managing the district’s financial performance (top line sales, store profit margin, KPI’S, staff cost & bottom line sales) full accountability within the P&L.
Store management team training & development, recruitment & district succession planning.
Make recommendations within the strategy, SOP, audit & new store locations.
Ensuring district wide customer satisfaction & product quality.
Managing safety, security & audit compliance within the district.
