•Ensure store cleanliness and food hygiene standards are met.
•Analyze staffing levels and recruit as needed.
•Create ATL & BTL marketing plans to help increase brand awareness.
•Increase sales while controlling cost to increase profitability.

District Manager, STARBUCKS COFFEE, Dubai, UAE.

Overseeing the operation of 10 to 18 outlets, responsibilities included:

 Managing the district’s financial performance (top line sales, store profit margin, KPI’S, staff cost & bottom line sales) full accountability within the P&L.
 Store management team training & development, recruitment & district succession planning.
 Make recommendations within the strategy, SOP, audit & new store locations.
