Currently working as Lead Planning & Control Engineer on Bab Integrated Facilities Project (BIFP). The project scope includes developing of new Remote Degassing Stations (10 Nos), Construction of new substations, new Process Train for Bab Central Degassing Station, Oil Lines, Flow Lines and Nitrogen Lines (986 KM in total) for 310 No’s Oil Producing Wells, 30 No’s Water & Gas Wells and 4 No’s Water Injection Clusters.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Planning package with overall project (Level-I, II, III/IV) schedules in Primavera project planner 16.1 (Detailed) & Developing Progress measurement systems for EPIC Projects to PMC/Client.
• Preparation and submission of project control procedures to Client.
• Responsible for the timely issue of project control deliverables & progress reports to Management/Client.
• Monitor the progress of the work for timely execution of the project through weekly/monthly reports/Look Ahead Reports with respect to review of the overall project schedule.
• Assist with Engineering & Procurement disciplines in preparing technical document register and procurement tracking register and provide input as required.
• Preparation of planning deliverables like weekly reports, monthly reports, manpower histograms, S-curves and various Look Ahead Program (Weekly & Monthly).
• Review, analyze and advise on schedule changes or proposals affecting schedule completion dates. Advise on mitigation strategies.
• Verify Critical Path and interfaces between design / engineering / procurement / execution.
• Identify long lead items; monitor progress throughout the procurement period.
• Prepare monthly progress reports on all long lead items. Identifying engineering progress, manufacturing and shipping. Including Owner supplied items.
• Attend all progress meetings includes technical/contractual matters in relation to project controls
• Coordinate with Engineering/Procurement to ensure timely delivery of drawings & Materials in support of schedule execution. Responsible for the timely issue of Quality project planning deliverables
• Reviewing the planning deliverables and reports of Subcontractors to ensure they are meeting with project requirements.
• Co-ordinate with our internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement, reporting systems & Preparation of Recovery plans
• Prepare monthly executive reports on project status and progress and reviews the project close-out reports. Plan in order to mitigate risks and reduces costs
