- Headed a direct costs rationalization project reducing COS by 21%

with its integration with the CRM/operations system

Blue LLC is the environmental arm of Alserkal Group. The main assignments of this position were to build a digital infrastructure for the company’s client journey processes and stabilizing an incomplete ERP implementation. Additionally, the role included restructuring the organization’s sales and operations departments to streamline the information and resources flow across all geographies and divisions.
- Created a roadmap, an overall structure, and a strategy for information systems
- Managed the agile in-house development of the CRM/operations system and engineered the data models for it digitizing 8 client journey processes spanning leads creation to completion reports generation
- Oversaw the automation of 2 layers (Sales and Operation Support) in the organization structure as a result of the digitization effort
- Supervised adding corporate communication and information systems units
- Piloted the splitting and consolidation of the sales departments into business development and business retention units increasing penetration and retention rates
