The environmental arm of Alserkal Group providing environmental services, products, & infrastructure projects. The company has 250+ employees from 35+ nationalities, 1000+ clients, UAE/Oman offices, 500+ service contracts along with service and manufacturing activities. The main objectives were to make the business consistently profitable, grow the business, and implement a new ERP.
- Headed a direct costs rationalization project reducing COS by 21%
- Led the organization from a 7 figures EBITDA loss to a 7 figures EBITDA

- Managed the sourcing and implementation of a new ERP (SAP B1) along
with its integration with the CRM/operations system
- Guided the generation of more than 10 business intelligence dashboards
such as route profitability and labor utilization dashboards
- Administered the automation of the invoicing process, minimizing errors
and shortening the invoicing cycle by an average of 75%
- Piloted the fast introduction of disinfection services and products yielding
over 3 million in earned revenues during the COVID-19 pandemic
- Spearheaded the introduction and implementation of Digital City Solutions
offering in partnership with Fujairah Municipality, securing city-scale
infrastructure deployment project with full digital tracking (PPP Project)
- Institutionalized a comprehensive ledgers reconciliation process to cleanse
all A/R ledgers
- Organized a comprehensive digital archiving process to take the
organization fully paperless and to facilitate the digital retrieval of key
supporting documents starting with the revenue related documents
- Empowered the senior team to create their own digital processes, applications, and dashboards embedding a digital culture

- Oversaw merging the company’s operations and clients into Blue LLC with a new assignment from Alserkal Group to replicate the success story in Blue LLC at a larger scale
Blue LLC is the environmental arm of Alserkal Group. The main assignments of this position were to build a digital infrastructure for the company’s client journey processes and stabilizing an incomplete ERP implementation. Additionally, the role included restructuring the organization’s sales and operations departments to streamline the information and resources flow across all geographies and divisions.
- Created a roadmap, an overall structure, and a strategy for information systems
- Managed the agile in-house development of the CRM/operations system and engineered the data models for it digitizing 8 client journey processes spanning leads creation to completion reports generation
- Oversaw the automation of 2 layers (Sales and Operation Support) in the organization structure as a result of the digitization effort
- Supervised adding corporate communication and information systems units
- Piloted the splitting and consolidation of the sales departments into business development and business retention units increasing penetration and retention rates
