Responsibilities:
• Evaluates the quality of the PP products
• Responsible to ensure all laboratory equipment are within calibration, maintained and checked to provide valid and accurate measurement at all time
• Assists in the Laboratory technicians’ training and make sure of their safety to operate equipment’s and perform tests properly
• Responsible to ensure the proper preparation of standard reagents for calibration
• Responsible to ensure test methods and equipment are properly utilized and followed by technicians
• Adherence to all ISO standard requirements
• Lab Safety Coordinator
• Responsible to ASTM Sample
• Control of final product specifications to ensure those agreed specifications are used for manufacture of both Propylene and Polypropylene (PP) products.
• Release PP lots to ensure that all lots of PP are within specifications.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints to ensure corrective action plan for addressing marketer’s complaints and process quality improvements have been implemented and approved
Assist the laboratory manager with quality control testing
Maintain the laboratory equipment including cleaning and calibrating

Help with the data entry of test results
Order laboratory supplies
Provide excellent customer service
Process payments and refunds
Manage stock levels and inform store manager when stock is low
Arranged store window displays which are changed on a weekly basis
Open and close the store without supervision
Loading and unloading freight between aircraft flights
Checking and sorting luggage against flight lists
Overseeing the transfer of luggage from the check-in area to the departure area
