- Handling the financial affairs of the executive department which is paid from CEO's petty cash.
- Handling the administrative affairs of the executive department.
- Designing RFP including the scope of work regarding various projects. This also include preparing proposal analysis and selection criteria for service providers.
- Handling government relation for the foundation and its subsidiaries with no legal registration such as (Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Muqeem Portal, General Authority of Zakat & Tax, etc.).
- Handling government relation for Manga production company before handed over to Dr. Essam Bukhary (in 10/2017) such as (Ministry of Commerce and Investment, Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Muqeem Portal, General Authority of Zakat & Tax, etc.).
- Preparation of annual budget estimate.
- Prepare and design of the annual report for MiSK foundation (2014 & 2015).
- Preparing and furnishing some of MiSK foundation offices and the subsidiary.
- Supervising and preparing all required executive report.
- Preparing any other tasks that are required by the executive department.

• Board Secretary Role from 10/2014 to 4/2018.
- Organizing board meetings
- Collecting, preparing and combine the agenda’s topics for the board member. To save board members time, I design the agendas using (InDesign program) to make it easier to read and follow through
- Distributing the board meeting agendas and signing the minutes of meetings from board members in their own offices or their homes.
- Preparing minutes of board meetings
- Storing the original minutes of meetings and the original board chairman decisions
- Distributing the board decisions and follow up them.
- Creating and distributing invitations to all boards members in MiSK foundation and subsidiaries to MiSK events, and welcoming board members during the events.
- Making sure that all data regarding the board is stored safely and securely.
