• A leading Construction, Developer & Operations of Oil Gas, Power plants, Substations, E&I, Power energy, Mep, Dry bulk Port Infra Terminal-projects.
• Construction of port 8th berth terminal in Offshore ABB E&I packages of 220kv HT & Switchyard/SS area project including-Procurement & Contracts function, Project execution, Project control, EHS, Quality, Risk & Stakeholder management functions.
• Execution of E&I packages as per target timeline. Zero time & cost over runs, Zero accidents & NCRs. Assist in evaluation of E&I contractors/vendors performance.
• Assist GM & Sr.Engr in arbitration for construction related matters in site team. Review of schedule related E&I packages for HT & Switchyard/SS area works. Inspections & permits-QC, RFIs, NCRs, TQM, TQ etc.
• Coordination with Civil & Mechanical functions on daily basis to resolve issues. Interaction with contractors, maintain records, proper document fillings, permits, suggest alternatives & ways to improve functionally optimize cost.
• Monitoring E&I works, Highlight change of scope in design, site conditions etc. Arrange weekly/monthly meetings with teams, contractors & consultants. Root cause analysis.
• HT Switchyard/SS Electrical systems, Protection switchgears, Panels, Cables-PIC/UG/TL, Isolators, CT, VT, CB, Transformers, Groundings, Arresters etc.
• Construction, O&M, execution installation, testing of Dammam 400MW power plant, SEC bulk supply units, 380/115kv, 69/13.8kv, 33kv, 11kv substations, pfc, electrical & control systems, electrical auxiliaries, buildings & infrastructures, cables, panels, power systems, protection & switchgears.
• During Construction-Receiving, Storage, Erection, Pre commissioning tests, Commissioning tests, Energizing, Synchronizing, Trial operation & Handover to O&M.
• Liaising with clients, managers, engineers, contractors for project scheduling, planning, and job status. Installation, testing, commissioning, quality control, supervising, planning, execution, checking, surveying of projects / site activities.
• Electrical power system networks, Project & Site managements, Field quality, IFC, Plant design & specifications, layouts, equipments. Internal discipline reviews for developments and modifications, technical clarifications & co-ordination to the projects. Electrical drawings design specifications and technical drawings.
• Involve in site activities, preparing daily progress reports and submits to Manager, Planning in daily progress. Shutdown and testing scheduling. Site power distribution & developments. Cables lying, testing, route check, conduits and cable trays. Installation and testing of Duct banks, cable trays, cable systems, mandrel test, lighting systems. Building electrical systems. Lv package substations, control & switchgear rooms.
• Executing & Handling of SEC-SIEMENS substations project rating-69/13.8kv construction in SEC-eastern operating areas. I passed in client work permit receiver exam & commissioning permit exam to work in restricted areas & in commissioning areas/equipments.
• Making RFI for client inspection in each stage of work, conduct inspection/testing as per checklist/standards, job quality monitoring, job inspections, material inspections, testing inspections.
• SEC construction, O&M of 400MW*3 oil fired thermal steam power stations, substation stage-III in Jeddah. Liaising with the clients & engineers to clarify their requirements to reach targets with respect to client standards. Electrical design specifications, power plant designs, layouts, equipments, cables, panels and technical drawings.
• Internal discipline reviews for developments and modifications, technical clarifications, planning & co-ordination to the projects. Handling of HV/MV/LV equipments and cables lying, testing, route checking, conduits & cable trays.
• Supervising electrical works in boilers, electrical controls, steam turbine, transformers, chemical dosing station, station/unit transformers and fuel oil pump station. Supervising in desalination plant, fuel gas desulfuration electrical pump station. Aux and main power systems and circuits, voltage control, capacitor units and pf correction, ups.
• Installation of electrical machines and equipments, material maintenances and instrument equipments, transmission lines. Experience in protection switchgears, bus bars, earthing systems, power (hv, mv, lv), c&i cables.
Power generating phase-I combined cycle power plant with production of 25MW-operations and maintenances, shutdowns, MW production with inbuilt Switchyard, Material storage & feeding units, all Equipment layouts like Turbine generator sets, Boiler units, Control units, ESP units etc. Power generated by means of ccpp Thermal + Bio mass steam process.
• Power generating station plant in O&M, Testings, Installations, Shift operations, Control operations, Shutdown maintenances, DCS, daily/routine/periodic electrical o&m, Reliability & Principle methodology.
• O&m of power plant in generation, distribution, control systems, scheduling, production process, shutdown scheduling, testing as routine process. Electrical power networks-Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Service connections, Loads. O&M supervision, Troubleshooting, Inspection, Overhaul.
• Involve in Shift activities, preparing daily work reports and schedules report to plant manager, supervising, monitoring daily power generations and load calculations. Installation, testing, operation & maintenance, supervising, planning, execution.
• Control automation operations using DCS distribution system and other control operations like plant Startup, Shutdown, Energizing/Synchronizing, Hydraulic tests and Trouble shootings like block outs, emergency trips/faults etc.
• O&M of Power plants, Substation, Electrical control systems, Electrical auxiliaries. Aux/Main transformers & Power transformers. Process of power generation converting high pressure steam to electrical energy via Turbine generator by Thermal-steam process& biomass.
• Supervising and checking operations of power generation in power plant as plant capability, load maintaining-Base and Home loads, loss maintenance, trips / failures trouble shootings, Equipment operations and maintenances, power factor corrections.
• Handling of Induction motors, Emergency/Standby generator sets, OLTC, AVR, Synchronous machines, Turbine control systems-steam turbine, boiler etc.
