Qatar Airways is the national airline of the State of Qatar and one of the aviation industry's big success stories. Currently working as, a Recruitment Officer, in Talent Acquisition department for CCC (Contact Center) and previously for QACC (Qatar Aircraft Catering Company) for Volume hiring.
- Briefing of the various roles/ positions assigned to me with the Hiring Managers, take notes and understanding their actual requirement for the position vs the job Description.
- Publish roles/ positions assigned on using the approved JD and briefing as per SOPs.
- Screen and pre-interview applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position. (External applicants).
- Share Shortlist profiles with Hiring Managers.
- Check Eligibility based on INOC, Re-hire Memos, Education Memos, Relative Hire Memo, and Experience Memo.
- Request interview schedules for shortlisted candidates with Recruitment Logistics.
- Interview candidates with the panel of shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare Dashboard based on selected, regret, and rejected, and shared across to panel members.
- Upon receiving selected candidates, raise staff movement forms for internal and external candidates.
- In line with company policies, ensure that all mandatory SMA-related documentation has been obtained, and that all necessary approvals have been acquired ahead of raising an offer extension on Taleo with the SMA team. In a nutshell, assist with what is required for a smooth process.
- Prepared & maintained the Recruitment tracker of the entire recruitment cycle/ process of both QACC & CCC.
- Memos - Currently raising Rehire Eligibility Check with department HR Admin.
- Update QACC & CCC Master Tracker and Offer Tracker on a weekly basis.
- Receive weekly Budget and Actuals from Line Manager and update the Master tracker.
- Maintained KPIs:
o Quality Sourcing - Resume Selection Ratio (3:2)
o TAT - 2 hours to 40 hours
o Least Decline/ Back out.
- Expediting End to End Recruitment as an RBP
- Leading and heading Talent Acquisition Process to deliver hiring across all levels for APAC & EMEA Region.
- Working on all confidential & critical leadership position by the pattern of Executive Search.
- Doing all kind of competitor mapping against the specified positions.
- Business Development/ Client Servicing: Successfully source potential clients from APAC & EMEA regions.
- Worked closely with Talent Acquisition, ensure smooth onboarding process for new starters.
- Maintain accurate records relating to visa types, expiries, and visa-related healthcare for relevant population.
- Produce relevant HR documentation as required by the business e.g., contractual documents, statements of service, reporting for both internal and external use.
- Handle the WFP (Workforce Planning) for the entire project, by meeting with stakeholders and managers every week.
- Schedule Mobilization and Demobilization meetings and documentations for employees as required.
- Delivered in a timely, efficient, support, and administration services to the Alstom QA business.
- Responsible for supporting and completing the whole administration of an event in the employment lifecycle and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of electronic employee files as well as HR data in Successfactors (HR System) in line with HQ reporting requirements.
