Established and managed the Legal and Compliance dept at GESAT.
• Directed and applied corporate governance by servicing, managing, and monitoring the governance affairs of the Board of Directors; ExCom; Audit Committee; Compliance Committee; Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and other Management Committee.
• Directed the Shareholders' affairs and worked closely with the Shareholders' legal and governance teams to align the Company with the Shareholders' compliance and governance standards.
• Managing all legal activities to ensure accurate and timely legal advice and support the Company on a broad range of matters of significant strategic and/or financial value.
• Drafting and negotiating all relevant agreements and supporting documents relating to the manufacture and sale of heavy-duty Gas Turbines, Skids and other products.
• Create the Company's set of legal policies & procedures to ensure they meet business needs while complying with KSA laws & regulations and governing documents.
• Revising policies and procedures for implementing the Company's Code of Conduct and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
• Overseeing legal and Compliance dept. at Alturki Holding and its Subsidiaries and JVCo.
• Ensure effective legal control of Agreements by drafting, reviewing and negotiating major account Agreements, Partnership Agreements, NDA, MSA, SLA, Terms sheet and Agency Agreements.
• Manage outside counsel.
• Driving contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution.
• Maintaining legal risks and liability, a deep understanding of contract templates, contracts policy and company position on various matters.
• Manage claims at the group level, both offensive and defensive.
• Represent legal expertise and act as an ambassador for the internal and external legal community.

-Personally conduct legal cases in commercial and enforcement courts in KSA.
-Managing commercial disputes in gulf countries such as Bahrain and UAE, and Oversee the selection, and management of the outside counsel.
-Solving labor issues and drafting sales agreements and international contracts.
-Providing legal assistance to the board of directors regarding new laws and regulations affecting
the company.
-Re-writhing and transforming the collection/sales policy to include legal instrument to be used in enforcement courts.
-Coordinate the legal affairs concerning the operations of the company
I was working as a lawyer at Khaled Alsaleh Law Firm which is one of the top law firms in eastern province/KSA.
My duties are the following:
- Establishing and Registering the Clients new Companies and new foreign branches inside KSA.
- Providing legal consultations, drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Arbitration and mediation.
- Giving legal opinions on matters relating to commercial, civil, labor and family laws.
-Drafting and reviewing legal documents and memorandums.
-representing the client's legally in a proper way.
I'm Briefly an experienced commercial attorney who counsels businesses on several matters including corporate law, litigation and arbitration, employment Law, Due Diligence, pleading before all kind of courts in KSA.
My main focus was on the pleading before the courts and drafting the legal documents for the firm's top clients cases more the the others, although I'm not an expert on drafting contracts but I believe my passion and dedication will make me overcome my weak points.
