Roles and Responsibilities: -
* Ensure operational efficiency of equipment / machines through timely inspection and repair (preventive,
corrective, and shutdown maintenance).
* Maintaining Maintenance Master plan, Maintenance Procedures, Work Instructions, Breakdown Management,
root cause analysis, follow up check lists, action plans, etc.
* Control of inventory by Min Max to keep machine running without any shortage of Spare.
* Prepare job schedule, evaluate manpower requirement.
* Coordination with other Supporting functions Like Safety, Quality, Production in their
respective projects.
* Working on PLC (Siemens S7- 300) Drive (Sinamics, Micro Master, Master), control valves,
PID Controller, pneumatics system & Industrial Instruments
* Involvement in annual Maintenance budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure
Roles and Responsibilities: -
* Supervision of Engineering Team to ensure Smooth and Reliable Operation throughout the plant.
* Coordination with OEM and Contractors for Spare Arrangement and Technical Support Required.
* Identification of Team Competencies and closing the gaps as per Development Plan.
* Creating maintenance procedures
* Managing Spare stocks.
* Maintaining maintenance records and reports.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
* Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment.
* Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
* Create new and Review of Existing Maintenance Task Lists to Ensure Reliable Resources.
* Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.
* Responsible to maintain reliable Operation helping to improve Asset Intensity.
Project
Erection & commissioning of Nonwoven SSMMMS plant.
REICOFIL - R4 Base machine, Thermal Bonding Calender (ANDRITZ), chemical application
machine (KOSIK), Perforated Drum Dryer (TRUTZSCHLER), Winding /Slitting/ Packaging (ACELLI)
Position - Assistant Engineer Roles and Responsibilities: -
*Responsible for smooth operation & maintenance.
*Responsible for Preventive, Predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
*Managing, planning & scheduling of workforce to maximize performance at Optimum Cost.
*Carrying out documentation for entire plant (related to Electrical) and maintaining 5S activities throughout the plant. Aligning & Coordinating Machine related jobs.
Project
*Erection & Commissioning of Production line with facility of 8.7 meters. wide BOPP (BRUCKNER) film plant.
*Erection & Commissioning of Piller Brand Rotary UPS 3x 2.4MW capacity.
