Selling and upgrading new, used PC's & Laptops, Establishing best IT Solutions, Specialized Studying installed systems and do necessary work for development.
Security, IP Monitoring systems, Access controls and time attendance systems.

Identify appropriate sources of aggregates and other constituents of concrete & Brick.
Coordinate the execution of general plant operations activities.
Help coordinate activities such as transportation and receiving of product at the plant.
Ensure that we produce quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Inspect product quality ensuring all criteria meets plan.
Monitors, recommends, implements repairs and routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and
grounds. Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures to determine cause; makes
adjustments, repairs, and/or modifications as needed.
BMS Systems Troubleshooting & Retrofitting for Existing Johnson Controls Building Efficiency Equipment's (HVAC, Fire systems, Lighting Systems, Access Control). Perform Commissioning for fresh installed controls, hardware and software. Prepare Technical Submittal.
Hand over Projects to the customer.

Install NOKIA tools and service software on all PC's in i2 Branches within Egypt.
Receiving requests, define request priorities.
Doing necessary follow up with Egypt Branch's responsible.
Provide first level support at desk/telephone
NOKIA Service phones Data updates (nokiaonline)
Check for NOKIA Phones Service Data updates (Service bulletins, Service manuals, Repair Information's and Software).
Ensure that NOKIA Phones Data is kept up to date in internal systems.
Perform weekly updates for all Itsalat International Branches within Egypt.
Backup accumulated old Data.
NOKIA Security Files
Check NOKIA warranty for simlock issue
Daily programming NOKIA phones by security file using salo. Repair & tucson servers.
Service Engineer L3 (Telecommunication Field)
o Maintenance all models of NOKIA mobile phone (DCT4-BB5) using service manual and schematics of NOKIA
o Working on the CMU200 to make RF tuning (GSM-WCDMA) & automatic BT calibration
o Working on the WILLTek to make manual RF tuning (GSM)
o Make RX & TX calibration using CMU200 & WILLTek
o Working on the CU4 to make energy management
o Make test point for the inputs/outputs of all stages of the mobile
o Good knowledge about schematics of NOKIA mobile phone
Teaching ICDL/ECDL, Computer Diploma IT, Windows XP, Office 2003 & Internet
o Provide technical support to clients (users) with in the company
o Monitor network and provide troubleshooting when required.
o Support Leased line, DaVPN and UAEnic
