Responsibilities- as Group Information Systems Auditor:
• Managing all activities pertinent to the execution of large scale group wide information system audit jobs in addition to assisting the group risk and internal audit manager to carry out all assigned duties.
• Initiating and concluding several internal audits of group companies independently and executing internal check on all of their businesses and allied activities.
• Ensuring audit compliance with group policies and procedures, instituting systems for error monitoring and enforcing checks and balances systems to ensure the safeguarding of group interests by preventing frauds and breaches.
• Reviewing the existing procedures in terms of operative, information technology, financial systems and internal control system sufficiency and suggesting apt improvements.
• Issuing internal audit reports, receiving auditee comments and preparing MIS reports to be presented to the management in order to facilitate strategic interpretation.
• Following up on the implementation of audit recommendations, participating in the annual inventory exercise and reporting results gleaned to the management.
