➢Understand and analyse customer needs and trends
➢Brand Management for Dar Wa Emaar and sub-brnads
➢Identify marketing targets and customer segmentation
➢Use all available resources (social media & direct marketing) to determine target title names and contact information from target companies
➢Build a marketing plan and budget based on the customer trends and company objectives
➢Present and finalize the plan and budget with management
➢Prepare a detailed implementation plan and expected achievements for every marketing initiatives
➢Identify the most effective channel for marketing based on target audience understanding
➢Identify the supplier or partner for digital marketing or traditional marketing campaigns
➢Negotiate and finalize the partner
➢Manage and review partner’s work to ensure that timelines and quality standards are met
➢Build communication plan and materials
➢Prepare presentations for and represent Dar Wa Emaar in external conference and marketing forums
➢Develop, manage, and execute the annual local communicaon plan to span across all communicaon media channels (online and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences based upon specific strategic communicaon direcons
➢Responsible for all the mass media local adversing and appropriately fit the messages to achieve beer visibility, raise the awareness level and top of mind recall
➢Assess media trends, developments and changes in communicaon technologies.
➢Monitor, analyze & report compeon online & offline communicaon, evaluate new opportunies in digital and social media.
➢Manage all the local markeng & networking acvies including the corporate events, branding and sponsorships acvies to ensure successful outcome, to reflect the company`s image and to enhance the brand image matching with the company strategy
➢Maintain regular contact with key personnel across the group & porolio companies to ensure there’s full visibility and integraon of communicaons deliverables
➢ Assisng in Managing Exhibions and related events .
➢ Working with different suppliers to supply all staonary items for the company and gi items .
➢ Execute internal communicaon plan .
➢ Deliver communicaon tools such as Brochures, presentaons, and ensure all communicaon tools are conducted in Arabic and English .
➢ Review the website’s content and design by feeding the website with up to date news and projects .
➢ Assisng in Exploring social responsibilies programs .
➢ Communicang with agencies to publish adversements through Newspaper, specialized magazines to enhance the brand .
