Pre-qualification is one of the marketing techniques used in Alfanar’s electric division to support the sales cycle throughout its stages. As a pre-qualification engineer and key account manager to governmental and private entities around the kingdom, the main roles are:

• Achieved strong relations with account decision-makers and top management.
• Developed and maintained communication between key accounts and Alfanar.
• Specify and market Alfanar products in building and infrastructure projects.
• Communicate leads on the prospected projects to internal departments.
• Qualify and approve products in key accounts projects.
• Deploy technical service teams to support key account critical needs.
• Update key accounts with the latest products, changes, or modifications.
• Conduct technical meetings with key accounts and their consultants.
• Market products through in-house seminars, factory visits, and events.
• Maintain an updated project list for each key account.
• Scout the market to Introduce and establish new accounts.

Marketing and sales of energy solutions to the OGP (Oil & Gas Projects) segment projects around the kingdom with our clients especially Saudi Aramco. With the following duties:

• Market and sell medium voltage switch-gears, low voltage panels and Motor Control Centers, transformers, and cables.
• Identify sales opportunities by following the customer's projects, and updates. After that implementing a winning strategy.
• Prepare cost estimates by studying customer documents and consulting with our internal teams.
• Analyze the market data, including market trends, competitor's performance, and product strengths.
• Modify products to meet specific customer needs. Reviewing all customer inquiries to understand the scope of the project while managing internal communications to comply with the client’s requirements and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Submit monthly reports, including booking forecasts, monthly highlights, and CRM entries.

maintenance Technician main responsibility is to perform maintenance activities in the guest's rooms and hotel public areas like plumping activities, repairing all types of hardware, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners / HVAC and AC ducts along with the following duties:
• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests.
• maintain confidentiality of hotel guests and pertinent hotel information.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information and assistance.
• prioritize and organize work assignments and always guest comes first.
• interpret readings from meters & gauges and other measuring units and register them on the readings sheet.
• reading and understanding test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
• work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
• operate as an independent technician by analyzing problems, identifying courses of action, and implementing solutions with available resources and to a high degree of quality
