Duties and Responsibilities:
Kuwait Flight Simulation Center is the largest and “first” of a kind center in the world. We have the latest flight simulators in the field of real flight simulation and we offer an Airbus A320, A321, MD11, Boeing 747, Boeing 737, Cessna 172-1, a helicopter, and in addition we also have an F-16 or F-18 simulator similar to the ones used by NASA.

The center offers inspiring pilots and aviation enthusiasts, a number of opportunities for developing and improving flying and navigational skills. Our Training Department offers basic aviation courses which includes Flying Training (theoretical + Practical) Radiotelephony, Meteorology, Air Law, Air Navigation and Instrument Flying and Air Traffic Control which are available to those who are aspiring to become pilots in the future and for the current ones who are practicing their profession, to stay proficient. The Training Department also offers special courses like the Phobia Course for people with fear of flying.

As the Managing Director, I make sure to have good operational system, and adhere to the company’s processes and policies. This specifies reliable management reporting, dissemination of information work flow and organization. It is my role to increase the effectiveness of our support services such as technical and customer service and also handle the following tasks:

• Common management of block of sales, organization of corporative and retail sales of the Company;
• Developing of the strategy and sales plans for long-term and middle-term perspective;
• Teaching and sharing of responsibility between managers on the company;
• Permanent monitoring of sales dynamics, rating, forming of plans of measures for adjustment.
