During my one-month public relations internship with Conex Construction Experts in Beirut, I obtained excellent public relations skills and experience. I got the opportunity to work with a team of specialists who taught me how to improve my skills in communication and team working . During my stay there, I was responsible for drafting press releases and maintaining the company's social media profiles, putting marketing strategies, sales strategies, advertising strategies, strategies as the 4 PEAS, SMART OBJECTIVES, B2B . Overall, it was an incredible experience that has prepared me for future success in public relations.
This role consisted of answering phone calls, organize client appointments, insuring accurate of customer data. Some other responsibilities undertaken were:
Ensured accuracy of customer data by verifying, correcting, and updating information
Investigated and resolved customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
Processed customer orders and returns in accordance with company policy
Provided exceptional customer service by greeting customers, providing assistance, and responding to inquiries

As a public relations graduate, some of the main courses I’ve taken were: event management, advertising principles, social media marketing, specialist writing in public relations, , crisis management, social media and digital marketing, advertising principles pr and marketing . These courses have helped develop my writing skills and abilities, learn how to navigate social media, organize and plan events put marketing and sales strategies along advertising principles , B2B and lastly learn how to think creatively and outside the box and put marketing startegies that give you fast and accurate results by using the 4 PEAS strategy , SMART objectives , using methodoligies , public speaking and negotiation .
