- Monitoring Data Center facilities, Applications, environment including temperature, humidity and physical access and network.
- Handle Service Desk and Incident management to meet SLA.
- Second level of support (activities on active Directory, Network Troubleshooting and Data Center activity )
- Operating and monitoring the Backup using VERITAS Backup System.
- Monitor electrical, HVAC, UPS, Fire alarms and other critical support systems and follow troubleshooting/escalation procedures accordingly.
- Administrating and troubleshooting Shared Folder Server.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Perform all aspects of IT desktops, laptops and printers technical and operational support services
- Responsible for 1st/2nd line support for desktop related issues
- Provide Network support and troubleshooting. Work with network team to replace and upgrade network devices
- Network cabling, data backup and perform virus detection and removal
- Administers loans, medical insurance.
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications.
- Tracking vacation, sick, and over time.
- Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets reviewing company policies and payroll information.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
