Looking after hiring outsource fleet to support the transport/logistics operation within the company. hiring 800+ trucks monthly of different types to fulfill the transportation demand within KSA for over 20 on-running projects.
Organize storage, and goods distributions to all running job sites.
Materials handling of 2 projects so far (Chemical materials for Elite-Aramco, and raw materials of Tasnee).
Stacking EMT / Laden boxes in appropriate positions for easy pull out / dispatch.
Managing release - receive of daily EMT / Laden boxes for various customers.
Transporting goods from import point to various locations within the kingdom by utilizing the fleet of +150 trucks.
Dealing with various shipping lines, for release, and transport to various loading or off loading points.
Ensures effective yard management through proper tracking of the movement of trucks / containers and providing inventory visibility with the receiving/shipping yard.
Defines and monitors preventive maintenance schedules, including preventive maintenance schedule for the fleet management and trip planning.
Ensure the smooth way of delivering goods within the time frame, and budget’s limits.
Coordinating with other clearing/logistics companies in regards to the on running shipment’s process.
Ability to manage transportation, stock control, warehousing, and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials, and distribute them to customers.
Ensures that laid down objectives from divisional management for operational efficiency in relation to point to point transportation and transportation projects are met through accurate and expeditious service in accordance with the overall delivery standards of efficiency and cost.
Ensures that the information regarding the trips of fleet is analyzed and appropriate action is taken to improve the productivity and fleet utilization.
Ensures the operations in various locations in the Region.
Manages all process related to project management/execution in the Region (as per contract), and ensures adequate resources required for the execution of the project are allocated.
Manages processes related to asset/fleet management and yard management.
Supports the selection of IT systems to enhance the project planning, transportation planning, fleet management, yard management etc. Also, allocates resources to support the implementation of the same.
Manages sub-contractor relationships where the operations are outsourced and manages respective delivery schedules.
Recommends or authorizes capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipment or vehicles to increase efficiency and services of the operations department.
Conducts investigations in cooperation with government agencies to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures.
Manages resources within the function, materials / machinery to achieve optimal utilization.
Ensures that operations personnel are of adequate numbers and competency to meet the planned production schedules.
Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Division Manager.
Allocate the proper transportation units to serve, and supply materials for the existing projects.
Obtaining the required data sheets, gate passes, and materials gate entry upon operations requisitions.
Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits/training, attending company safety meetings, and meeting within individual staff members.
Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets related to transportation and logistics process.
I had a good logistic contribution in Cape for all the plants and projects we worked for, like Hadeed, Petrokemya, Kemya, Kayan, Al Razi, Sasref, Sadaf, Ibn Sina, Safco, Sharq, Sipchem, Aramco Berri Gas, Aramco Riyadh Refinery, Aramco Ras Tanura, Aramco Uthmaniyah, Aramco Khursaniyah, Maden, Ras Al Zoar, and many others.
I have gained very good and strong relations and skilled communications with all the clients I deled with during this period, I have built a quit good friendship with a lot of department's heads in both Sabic and Aramco in several units related to my job.

Nasser has quite extensive logistics and distribution experience, organize the storage and distribution of goods, which often involves using complex IT and telecommunications systems. Plan and manage the movement of goods in a supply chain, liaising with many parties, manufacturers, retailers and consumers. Ability to manage transportation, stock control, warehousing, and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials, and distribute them to customers.
