Ordering computer parts from IBM Netherland as per the requirement and keep required parts in the stock.

Arrange to return the defective parts (warranty) back to IBM

Keep and monitor well stock and availability of all major spare parts for all types of Servers, Printers, and Laptops.

Forecast and Plan the requirement of parts and order accordingly.

Enhance the timely info feeds to the Management in cost effective planning of space and Logistical cost control.
