Chief Role & Responsibilities:

Handling the retail operations of stores & staff for the assigned geography

 Retail Hygiene
• Ensuring shop upkeep & cleanliness and retail hygiene standards are maintained.
• Reviewing daily checklist of shops maintained by shop in charge and ensuring proper visual merchandising of the retail outlets.

 Retail Staffing
• Inducting new sales hires, scheduling work shifts for sales staff and allocating staff for trainings.
• Ensuring staff meet the desired grooming standards, monitoring staff performance, knowledge & discipline, calculating monthly incentive payouts.

 Sales Targets/Stock
• Implementing sales promotions & other sales events, making sure that targets for brand promotions/shop are achieved.
• Controlling inventory & stock turnover and ordering of stock from brand managers for stores.
