➢ RT interpretation, NDT reports review.
➢ Preparation of fit-up inspection reports, dimension control reports and weld inspection master control
sheets.
➢ Hydro/Pneumatic testing as per ASME B 31.3
➢ Compare the reports of inspection of weld joints using NDT techniques like PT and RT with ASME section
V standards and prepare the acceptance/ rejection report as per ASME B 31.3
➢ Check, verify/ review fabricated and erected lines as per latest isometric drawing.
➢ Preparation, checking and review of as-built drawings and getting approved.

Welding Inspection-SMAW
➢ NDT offer
➢ Visual inspection of keel shoes, hook assembly, rudders etc. after fabrication.
➢ DPT of welded joints on fabricated parts after pull testing.
➢ Load testing of lifting equipment’s.

➢ Material Inspection as per the relevant code.
➢ Check piping as per Isometrics and carryout all the inspection activities as per the ITP.
➢ Prepare hydro test packages, arrange, and witness Hydro testing.
➢ Welder Qualification as per ASME Sec. IX.
➢ Procedure Qualification as per ASME Sec. IX.
➢ Ensure the welding parameters as per WPS.
➢ NDT Offer
➢ RT interpretation.
➢ Pickling and Passivation.
➢ Preparation of all QC reports.
