managing integrated hard and soft services while driving digital transformation through CAFM/CMMS
platforms.

• Spearheaded mobilization of AlUla TFM portfolio, achieving operational readiness within 90 days
including the deployment of 12 subcontractors, full TFM operational plans, CAFM system, HSEEQ
system, Performance management and full O&M staff.
• Implemented IBM Maximo-based CAFM system enhancing asset visibility and PPM compliance.
• Oversee the whole portfolio operations performance, maintenance plans and activities.
• Lead the monthly performance process and discussion with the subcontractors and client.
• Establish an audit program and achieve each audit target.
