1. Equipment Evaluation:
Assess and evaluate the condition of used equipment to assist in the selection process.
2. Expenditure
Maintain and control operating expenses as per budget in order to meet department goals.
3. Budget & Operating Expenses:
Help prepare and continuously assess/control deviation

Maintain required stock turnover and revenue.

Work with marketing team to stay informed of local and global market conditions (competitors and shares trends) and customer needs to analyze, identify and respond to changes in competitive offerings, market stability, and growth opportunities.
8. Manage team
Ensure team's adherence to organization standards, delegate effectively, develop, train and support reporters.
1-To establish, maintain proper machine history files recording equipment & customer details, delivery record, warranty period, service reports, etc. in an organized accessible way
2-To build, review, order & update matching literature and tooling to ensure that technical staff are using updated source of technical information & guides on all repair and service activities up to the manufacturer specification.
3-To manage, plan, coordinate & report Product Modification issues as per the manufacturer's product’s support requirements and ensure modification are performed to the recommended time and frame & standard.
4-To supervise the warranty activities & overall performance; ensuring that all warranty repairs are claimed with convincing case and supportive documents and reports as per manufacturer’s specification and standard.
5-Follow-up claims settlement & payment with the manufacture, to achieve the full payment & justify variance against the targeted performance.
6-To act upon reported up-normal failures & incidents and work to provide solutions through the manufacturer using communication systems such as CAT DSN, JOHNDEERE DTAC/CCMS, to communicate product issues to the manufactures. Follow-up with them as needed. And claim the case
7-To cooperate with Service supervisors to create all necessary prototypes, repair options using the latest SMCS codes, standard jobs, etc. and help improve the efficiency of technician for more customer satisfaction.
8-To communicate Manufacture's recommendations, updated procedures, warranty terms & condition, safety issues, required reporting standards NPIs (new product information), etc.
9 -Ensures the appropriate handling and response to technical inquiries from service, sales department and customer.
10. Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information on new products to better provide technical assistance.

SUTRAC (Sudanese Tractor Company):- the company is one of DALGROUP companies, it is the main CATERPILLAR dealer in Sudan, the company is active in sales, service after sales for all CAT. Products and other non cat products. I manage a Service team of many qualified technicians, Operators and drivers. I am directly reporting to field service manager.
• DUTIES
1. Company Representative as a Field Team Leader for CVA agreements with various customers in various sectors.
2. Perform commissioning, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance, condition based maintenance and corrective maintenance.
3. Inspection, troubleshooting, testing and adjusting, removing and installation, assemble - disassemble & technical problem solving, Service Report Writing, spare parts order, Mentor and train technicians.
4. Read and interpret engineering drawings and manuals.
5. Service-Tooling as (ET, SIS, Diagnostic tools for CAT and non CAT products).
6. Conducting test and experiments on various equipment as a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for new and used machines.
