• Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, Performance Improvement, Performance Test and Emergency Handling Procedures.
• Troubleshooting, Problem solving and Suggesting Quality Improvement Proposals to Improve Plant’s Performance, Stability, Reliability and Resolve any Chronic issues.
• Coordinate, Supervise and Manage the diversified and critical activities during normal and any abnormal operational situation, assessing information and providing command to personnel and equipment to ensure People, Communities, Environment and Assets safety as well as minimum impact on plant's deliveries.
• Ensure that all accidents, incidents or near misses occurring during the shift are properly reported as per established procedures.
• Plan, Coordinate & Supervise Operation & Maintenance activities in Major Plant Shutdowns & Turnarounds.
• Preparing Daily & Monthly Operational and HSE reports.
