• متابعة طلبات الشراء والمساهمة في استكمال النواقص وحلها والتواصل مع المقاولين والموردين وجلب عروض أسعار بذلك.
• إعداد جداول المقارنة والمساهمة في محاولة تخفيض التكاليف.
• التفاوض مع الموردين والمقاولين فيما يخص جودة المنتج والأسعار والمواصفات والخصومات والضمانات ومدة المشروع إلخ...
• متابعة الموردين والمقاولين والتأكد من أن الأعمال تسير على أكمل وجه والمساهمة في حل العقبات والصعوبات.
• مراجعة وتدقيق أوامر التغيير.
• مراجعة وإنهاء التراخيص والفسوحات والاعتمادات الحكومية للمشاريع تحت الإنشاء والمراكز التجارية القائمة.
