Precious Metal Strategic Business Unit(PM SBU) - SAR 1 billion in revenue:
Provide critical strategic and planning analysis to senior management used to evaluate, improve, and monitor Precious Metal SBU performance. Additional responsibilities include.
1) Conduct industry analysis, which are used as benchmark for strategic goals.
2) Sets PM SBU and Directors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilized to define areas that need improvement.
3) Consolidate and review PM SBU’s affiliates business plan to ensure strategic alignment.
4) Identify and assess operational and financial risks; work with operations to develop, execute and monitor mitigation plans.
5) Develop SBU business plan and strategy updates.
Secured a permanent role after a two-week-trial. Duties included:
1) Supervised a team of 10 employees at 5 different warehouses.
2) Conducted inventory controls and lead a success government audit review.
