Head of Marketing & Operations
• Responsible for operations and facilities management of 4 colleges, 3 accommodation units, all in all over 500 employees and close to 5000 students.
• Responsible for organizing and ensuring all marketing, branding and communications activities and initiatives are inline with the corporate guidelines, and consistent across all colleges.

Corporate - Marketing & Communications Manager

Trainee Counsellor
• Provide confidential counselling services for trainees, with aims to improve their overall college experience.
• Manage trainee caseload within the college and ensure a fair and ethical framework is followed.
• Keep case records of each counselling session, and ensure they are stored securely in accordance with college policies.
• Liaise with named high school contacts in Jazan area on a regular basis.
• Contribute to the overall success of the college, by encouraging best practices to the trainees, improving attendance, explaining career possibilities, etc.
Business Development
• Evaluate the market environment, record and keep information about the companies up to date and make related reports for the interested.
• Attracting sponsors, support them to make the right decision and providing them with the needed information about the programs and students.
• Meeting with employers, analyse their recruiting requests, and match them with the potential candidates in the college.
